We can also use the latest shot peening and crack testing techniques on engine and gearbox components to further enhance strength, component resistance to fatigue and reliability.

Transmission Builds and Rebuilds

For sequential and H pattern gearboxes including ratio changes. We can service and maintain many types of gearbox including re-manufacturing bespoke components common place in specialized race cars.

Suspension and Brake Set Ups

We can offer a comprehensive set up with the latest computer corner weighting equipment, working with the driver’s feedback to achieve the optimum balance.

Body Shell Preparation and Race Car Construction

With careful attention to weight, weight distribution and strength we are able to construct from a small light weight bracket and wish bone to a more complex space frame or monocock using our expertise in this field, again using the latest techniques in shot peening and crack testing.

Track Side Support

We can offer an array of packages to offer advice, expertise and mechanical support throughout a race or test day. This could range from one race engineer to a full compliment of engineers with accommodation and transportation of the race car provided. 

Bespoke Composite Mouldings

Using our well established ties with local composite specialists it is possible to manufacture any bespoke component on any scale.

Accident Repairs and Full Restorations
